Jello

Ok, everyone knows how to make Jello.  Boil water, mix, add cold water, and pop it in the fridge.  I'm putting this up because there is always leftover fruit in the fridge that's going to be thrown out unless its consumed within the next day, and here is a reminder of how to put that fruit to good use.  

Mix that fruit in with the Jello when the Jello is just beginning to thicken so that the fruit is suspended throughout instead of just floating at the top.  Then put back in the fridge to set.

The fruit gets used up, you have an easy dessert or snack ready to go, and your kids will love you for it.  Serve with a little cream or whipped topping if desired.
